ON-DEMAND COACHING

Drawing on more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Kelly Jackson is in high demand as a mentor, trainer, and executive coach. Coaching services can be delivered in a variety of formats, including:
  • Individual coaching: This is the most common type of coaching. The coach and client meet one-on-one to discuss the client’s goals, challenges, and progress.
  • Group coaching: This type of coaching involves a group of employees meeting with a coach on a regular basis. Group coaching can be a good option for executives who want to learn from and support each other.
  • Team coaching: This type of coaching is designed for teams of employees who are working on a common goal. Team coaching can help to improve team communication, collaboration, and performance.

A Typical Coaching Engagement

  • Pre-launch conversation with coaching candidate to ensure mutual fit
  • Discovery meeting with the executive sponsor to identify desired outcomes of the coaching engagement
  • Completion of Gallup Strengths Finder Assessment
  • Collection of 360 feedback data, if requested
  • Preparation of a confidential 360 feedback report for the executive being coached
  • One-on-one and/or group coaching, two times a month, for up to an hour each conversation
  • Access to on-demand phone and/or email coaching between scheduled coaching sessions
  • Selected leadership assessments, as appropriate
  • Touch-base sessions with the executive sponsor at the mid-point and at the end of the engagement
